About Us

Kimberly VerHage has been involved in the equestrian industry for over 28 years and has been training Arabians for over 20.  A veteran in the show arena, Kimberly has garnered many local, regional and national titles in Hunter Pleasure, Show Hack, Native Costume, Western Pleasure, Sidesaddle, English Pleasure, Country Pleasure, Driving, Jumping, Sport horse under saddle and Hand and Dressage.  She has trained amateurs that have National and regional titles in Hunter, Western, English, Country, Driving, Costume, Show Hack and Stock Seat Equitation.


Recognized by many professional organizations, VerHage Farms has been sponsored by Professional Choice for over 4 years.  Kimberly is also very active in regional and national organizations and participates actively in the industry where she has recently held the following positions:

  • Active member of the Rancho California Arabian Horse Association and on the Board of Directors since 2002.
  • President of the of the Rancho California  Arabian Horse Association from 2005 to 2006
  • Delegate to the Arabian Horse Association Convention for the past four years
  • Member of the American Association of Equine Veterinary technicians
  • Member of Arabian Amateur & Professional Horseman's Association

“I have a great love for this business and consider myself a strong advocate for the horses,” explains Kimberly who is committed to furthering the sport and continuing her education in the industry. Kimberly is presently attending Purdue University for an Associates Degree of Science in Veterinary Technology.  She also volunteers doing anesthesia, diagnostics and equine health care for a local equine orthopedics facility.
